This January, we mark the end of an era. Fifteen years have passed since the very first Kiloton party, and now the time has come to close the chapter. What started out as a monthly club night at Babel in the solid hands of Per Hammar, soon became a local institution championing a deep love for high-quality, raw and dynamic dance music, and a persistent ambition to bring both international masters, local heroes and new talent to the Malmö crowd.
Our journey has taken us though big nights at both Babel and Inkonst, intimate underground afterhours, and lush open-air affairs in collaboration with some of the best collectives in town.
But these memories would be nothing without each of you who joined us on the floor, showed up early and stayed late, and brought your amazing energy to the community. We couldn't be more thankful.
Closing a chapter creates space for something new, and we can't wait to see what the next generation will bring. That said our love for Malmö's nightlife is forever, so you'll of course still find us around and part of the scene in different ways.
But as far as Kiloton goes, this one is our grand finale, an ultimate teleport into a new year, and a chance to play and dance through the night together one last time. We hope to see you there!

Vender tilbage til det elektroniske. Efter en årrække med et mere akustisk og jazzet udtryk i sit live-setup, vender Mikael Simpson nu tilbage til det elektroniske lydlandskab, som mange kender og elsker fra hans pladeudgivelser.

Med pulserende beats og dybe, dubbede lydbilleder folder Simpson sit musikalske univers ud i en ny live-trio, flankeret af Maggie Bjørklund og Jacob Zaulich.

Setlisten er "best of", som dykker ned i Simpsons imponerende bagkatalog og genbesøger nogle af de mest elskede numre - som "Er du kommet for at få noget"," Jeg sidder fast" og "Inden du falder i søvn".
